Here you will find information about the @TweetweekUSA project, which is unabashedly a respectful localization of @Sweden’s remarkable Twitter experiment — but with a bit of a twist.

While the @Sweden program is an official, state-administered campaign to appoint its citizens as ambassadors to the world to illuminate and elaborate what could be referred to as the Sweden brand, the purpose of the grassroots @TweetweekUSA program is to afford US citizens and residents the opportunity to exchange their perspectives and opinions and to provide a forum where other citizens of Planet Earth may engage them as well.

Each week, beginning on Sunday 9:00 pm EDT, another United States citizen (or resident) will have uncensored posting privileges from the @TweetweekUSA Twitter account.
